Simplify Your Life: Embrace minimalism?

Less is more, less is enough.
Do I need all this stuff?
I don’t need so much stuff to be content.
What stuff do I need to get rid of?
What stuff do I have that I am not using?
What stuff do I have that someone else can make better use of?

How can I simplify my life?
Do I need all these apps on my phone?
What apps can I get rid of?
Do I need all these bank accounts?
What bank accounts can I get rid of?
What unnecessary distractions are taking up my time?
Do I need to receive unsolicited emails?
Do I need to receive unsolicited advertising?

How can I have mental clarity?
How can I make my surroundings foster clarity?
How can my surroundings bring a sense of calm?
What is the clutter around me that is distracting?
How can I re-arrange my environment so I can enjoy it more?
How can I let go of the unnecessary?
How can I reclaim my time?

There is joy in less.
Simplicity.
Freedom.
Enough.
Time.

I have been asking myself the above. I have been energised by getting rid of the unnecessary. It is amazing how a small action, like clearing out a drawer or deleting an app can bring freedom. Try it for yourself, ask yourself do I need all this stuff?
